By accepting a quote for a Libresoft Librarian or Libresoft Librarian+ subscription during School Libraries Month 2025, new schools/customers are entering the promotion and entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If a school wishes to opt out of the promotion, they should email hello@libresoft.co.uk.
The Promoter of this promotion is Libresoft Ltd, a limited liability company registered in England with registered number 10838151 (the “Promoter”).
The Promoter is offering those who enter this promotion a “Prize” of a book voucher for £100 plus the chance to win a “Prize Draw” of a £100 hamper from Peters Ltd.
There are multiple Prizes available. There is one Prize Draw available and it will be awarded to one UK-based school.

To enter this promotion, an individual must be aged 18 or over and accept a quote on behalf of a UK-based school for a new annual subscription to Libresoft Librarian or Libresoft Librarian+. The Prize is not available to existing customers or in conjunction with any other offer e.g. our contract offer to defer payment. However, the “Prize Draw” is open to all entrants. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. One entry is allowed per accepted quote per school. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
The promotion is open to entries from 00:01 on Wednesday 1st October 2025 until 23:59 on Friday 31st October 2025.
The “Prize” and “Prize Draw” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize and Prize Draw of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
Entrants will be required to pay for their subscription in full before the Prize is shared. The Prize will be sent directly to the entrant unless the Promoter is directed otherwise in writing by the entrant.
The winner of the Prize Draw will be selected from all valid entries.
The Prize Draw winner will be notified within seven days of the draw via email so that their Prize Draw hamper can be arranged. The Prize will be sent directly to the entrant unless the promoter is directed otherwise in writing by the entrant. If a winner fails to respond within seven days of notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines the Prize Draw or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the Prize Draw.
Unless the winner notifies us otherwise in writing within two weeks of being informed that he/she has won, the Promoter reserves the right to use and feature the name and school of the winner for publicity purposes and the winner agrees that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies.
Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize Draw.
All copyright in the entries is the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use any entries for such purposes and no additional payment will be made for using entries in this way.
The winner’s name, county of residence and school will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter at our registered office address within 10 weeks of the closing date of the promotion.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this promotion.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize or Prize Draw in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the promotion or any Prize or Prize Draw for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
You agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
